Paneer Masala Curry without Onion & Garlic. Specially for for those who love to eat without Onion & Garlic. This mouth watering dish is best for Vrat/Fasting/Upwas
Ingredients:
2 tomatoes
4 cashwes
200 gms paneer
4 Green Chilles(slit)
1 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
1 tbsp Senda Namak
Water(1/2 cup)
Ghee-1 tbsp
How to make:
1. Prepare puriee of tomoato,cashews anad green chilly
2. Add one big tablespoon of ghee in a pan and allow it to heaten up
3. Now add puriee and cook for 10 minutes till it becomes thick
4. Add red chilly powder,salt and cumin powder(optional)
5. Time add paneer cubes and little water and cook for 5 more minutes
Serve hot with Kuttu Paranthas!
