Paneer Indian cheese cooked with spinach.Palak Paneer is a popular vegetarian delicacy made of spinach and paneer (a non melting Indian cheese) cooked in a saucy gravy with aromatic Indian spices.
Ingredients:
Paneer- 100 gms
Milk- 150 gms
Palak -150 gms
Bhuna Masala
Onion-1 sliced
Salt to taste
How to :
- In a pan add 2 tbsp oil,heat the oil
- Time to add onions,cook till they are brown
- Once done add masala mix mixed in milk along with spinach puree
- Cook all ingredients till boils
- Add paneer cubes and cook gravy for 5 minutes
- Paneer is ready
