Stuffed Bhindi Recipe-Stuffed Okra-Besan Wali Bhindi-Bharwa Bhindi Masala-Okra Recipe-भरवा

Bharwa Bhindi or Stuffed Okra or Lady finger is very easy and simple to prepare. Lets find out the ingredients quickly for this easy to make tasty dish



Ingredients:

Hing-1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Haldi-2 Tbsp
Kitchen King-2 Tbsp
Chaat Masala-1 Tbsp
Tandoor Masala-2 Tbsp
Mixed Masala-1 Tbsp
Aamchur Powder-1 Tbsp
Garam Masala-1/2 tbsp
Red Chilly Powder-1 tbsp
Oil-3 tbsp

How to make:

1. Cut the top and bottom of bhindi
2. Make a slit in all the bhindis
3. Mix all the listed masala,sprinkle some oil and coat all the bhindi together
4. Heat in 3 tbsp oil and add coated bhindi to it
5. Cover and cook for 5-9 minutes

Serve Hot!

Dhokla Recipe In Microwave-Instant Besan Dhokla in Microwave-5 Minute Besan Dhokla in Microwave

Instant Besan Dhokla is a term used to make a point that it can be made pretty quickly and we are proving it here with our tried and tested recipe.



Khaman or besan Dhokla primarily belongs to Gujrati (a state in India located on western coast) cuisine but is equally famous in North India also. And since we are from Delhi, we are a fan too. As a matter of fact, there are many more different versions like Sandwich Dhokla (Sooji version) or an Idli Dhokla.

The differentiation between various kinds of Dhokla is made first with the presentation style and then with the primary ingredient used. Some people like to use Sooji (Semolina) and others the Besan (Gram flour).

Coming to the device that can be used to steam (mind it, its not bake) the Dhokla, there are many options available ranging from our Indian kitchen’s favorite pressure cooker or the standard Microwave .
Dhokla in Idli steamer gives it the Idli shape and the name too. The process in Idli steamer remains same as we have mentioned in the pressure cooker recipe.

Conventional Oven is primarily used for baking and NOT steaming. Hence, it is not a good idea to make Dhokla in Oven.
We have tried the Oven and the results were not positive. The Dhokla turned out to be a kind of hard rubber in texture.

Ingredients:

For Batter or Paste:
2 Cup Gram Flour (Besan)
1 Cup Water
4 tsp Sugar
2 tbsp Oil
1 Pinch Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Salt
3/4-1tbsp Baking Soda
1 tbsp- Lemon Juice


For Seasoning:

1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
2 Tsp Coriander Leaves (Chopped into small pieces)
2 Tsp Sugar
2 Green Chili (Slice each into 2 pieces by center)
10 Curry Leaves
1 Cup Water
2 Tbsp Oil

How to make:


  • Take coarse besan or chickpea flour ,salt,turmeric,lemon juice,baking soda  and sugar in a bowl .Add in 1 cup water to make a smooth batter.
  • The batter should be of pouring consistency. It should not be too thick or too thin.
  • The batter will turn foamy. Again mix well. The mixture will bubble up
  • Take a microwave safe dish. Grease it well with vegetable oil. Pour the ready batter in the dish. Tap the dish gently.
  • Transfer the dish into microwave and microwave the dhokla on high power for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes remove the dish from microwave and check with the help of knife. Insert the knife in the middle of dhokla. If it comes out clean, the dhokla is ready. Also you will notice that the sides of the dhokla are loosened if is it cooked.
  • Let it stand for 15-20 minutes.


Sugar Syrup:

  • In a bowl take water. Add sugar and salt. Mix well. The sugar must be completely dissolved. The sugar syrup is ready.
  • For tempering, heat the oil in a pan. Turn off the heat. Add mustard seeds, hing and 3-4 green chillies. As soon as you add chillies, cover the pan with a lid.
  • Once the dhokla is cooled down, cut it into pieces.
  • Now pour the sugar syrup on dhokla.
  • Add tempering over the dhokla.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Dhokla is already.

Instant Rava Dosa Recipe In Hindi- Crispy Sooji dosa or Semolina Dosa Recipe-Onion Rava Do

Learn to make Instant Rava-Onion Dosa at home!



1.Your batter should be free flowing or in pouring consistency i.e it should be watery.literally, it should look like thin buttermilk.

2.Mix the batter each time you make dosa as the rava settles down at the bottom very quickly.

3.Use flat tawa/pan....otherwise the batter runs down to the center of the pan and it comes out thick in the middle and thin at the edges.

4.Do not use the spoon to spread the batter.just sprinkle the batter on the pan with hand to get porous dosas.

5.Do not use excess yogurt than required or you won't get crispy dosas.


Ingredients:
1 pinch chopped ginger
1 pinch chopped green chilli
1 small chopped onion
1 pinch cumin
1 tsp ghee,butter or oil
1 tbsp kitchen king
1 cup MTR Dosa Mix
1/2 cup Yoghut
1 to taste salt
1 cup water


Directions:
• Mix all ingredients as shown add water (or buttermilk)
• Make thin batter and sprinke over hot griddle if it is not a non stick pan , spray non-stick spray ,wipe clean and sprinkle the batter
• Apply butter or oil serve hot with pickle ,chutney , use potato stuffing

Paneer Tikka Recipe | How To Make Paneer Tikka On Tawa | Paneer Recipes Without Oven

Paneer tikka is one of the popular Paneer dishes which is made in Tandoor or Oven but here I shared the authentic Tandoori Paneer Tikka recipe made on tawa or pan.





Ingredients:


250 gms paneer/cottage cheese
1 large red bell pepper
1 large yellow bell pepper
1 large green bell pepper
1 large sized onion

Marination:

200 gms hung curd
1 tsp ginger garlic paste(optional)
1/4 tsp ajwain(optional)
2 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp kitchen king
1 tbsp jeera powder
2 tbsp tandoor masala
juice of half lemon
1 tbsp mustard oil (optional)
1 tbsp butter for brushing (optional)
Salt to taste

Garnish
Mint leaves
Onion slices
Lemon wedges

Method: 
- Cut the Paneer into thick dices, also cut the capsicums and onions into quarters
- In a bowl add curd, red chili powder, chaat masala, salt to taste, mustard oil, turmeric powder,ajwain, ginger garlic paste and juice of half lemon and mix it properly
- Add the slices of onions, peppers and paneer into the marination paste and leave it aside for 30 minutes
- Place the paneer and veggies into the skewer
- Heat some oil and butter and place the paneer tikka sticks and keep turning them until they cook from all the sides.
- Paneer Tikka is ready to be served!
