Learn how to make Moong Dal Vadas ( Bhajia, Pakoras, Lentil Fritters) Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup split wash moong dal (available in Indian grocery stores)
1 cup potatoes boiled peeled and shredded
1 onion sliced
1 green chili minced adjust to taste
1 tablespoon finely grated ginger
1 tablespoon cumin powder (jeera)
3 tablespoon rice flour
1 tablespoon maggi masala
Some curry leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt adjust to taste
Oil to fry
How to make:
1. Grind the moong dal to a thick paste
2. Now add all ingredients and prepare batter with your hands
3. Now drop in small balls of mixture in hot oil
Serve Hot!
