Potato Pancakes is a scrumptious snack,the crisp bite outside and softness inside makes this potato snack a real winner for all occasions.
Ingredients:
Potato(peeled and washed)-2(large)
Onion(finely chopped)-1(large)
Besan -2 Tbsp
All purpose flour(maida)-2 Tbsp
Green chilli(chopped)-2
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Salt-1 Tsp or as per taste
Maggi Masala- 1 tbsp
Chaat Masala- 1 tbsp
Oregano- 1 tbsp
Turmeric- 1 tbsp
Cooking oil-50 gm
How to cook:
- Grate potatoes and immediately add all the masalas
- On a snack pan sprinkle in some oil
- Spread the mix on each plate of snack pan
- Cook till brown from both sides
- Serve Hot
