Paneer bhurji is easy and simple to make. It tastes delicious and a good source of protein especially for vegetarians.
Onions,Tomato and Capsicum-1 each chopped
Red Chilly Power- 1tbsp
Paneer Masala-3 tbsp
Maggi Masala-1 tbsp
Turmeric- 1tbsp
Kasturi Methi-1 tbsp
Paneer-250 gms
Olive Oil- 2tbsp
Salt to taste
How to cook:
- In a pan pour in 2 tbsp olive oil and cook until hot
- Time to add in green chillies,cook till tender ,add onions now
- Add in onions and cook till light brown,once done add chopped capsicum
- Time to add tomatoes,cook them till mushy
- Once done add all masala except kasturi methi
- After a minute add paneer and cook for 3 minutes
- At last crush methi between your palms ,top up bhurji with methi
- Serve hot
