Suji Ka Halwa Recipe in Hindi Video | Easy And Quick Recipe | Navratri Recipes| Rawa Halwa

Suji ka halwa is prepared for festive seasons and for special occasions. Learn to make Suji ka Halwa in hindi now!



Ingredients:

1/2cup suji (semolina)
1/2 cup Desi ghee(clarified butter)
1/2 cup sugar
1 big or two small cups water
3-4 green cardamoms(optional_
2 tablespoons Hot milk(optional)
Few kesar strands(Saffron strands)
2 tablespoons chopped almonds and raisins

How to make:

1. Heat ghee and add suji to it
2. Roast till light brown
3. Now add saffron,sugar and water
4. Time to add nuts and raisins
5. Cook till water absorbs and the ghee surrounds sides

Serve Hot!

Gulab Jamun recipe - Gulab Jamun Recipe with Khoya or mawa-Mawa Gulab Jamun -Easycookingwithekta

Gulab Jamun





Gulab Jamun Recipe is here! Learn how to make Gulab Jamun at home now! The most popular Indian Dessert made the traditional way for you! Hot, soft, incredibly tasty and irresistible Gulab Jamun now made easy! Watch the video to learn more including how to make sugar syrup at home.

Ingredients for Gulab Jamun
For Dough:
Khoya(mawa)- 250 gm
Chironji-15 gms for syrup
All purpose flour (maida)- 3 tablespoons
Semolina - 2 tablespoon
Baking powder - 1/2teaspoon
For sugar syrup:
Sugar - 2 cup
Water - 3 cup
Rose water - 1 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon - Lime juice or may be a little less
Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Ghee for frying

How to:


  1. Sugar Syrup: Add sugar+water and boil till one thread consistency is achieved
  2. Dough: Mix crumbled mawa with maida,suji,baking powder.Add drops of milk to make a smooth dough
  3. Roll balls which are smooth in texture
  4. Heat ghee on low to medium flame,time to add jamuns and cook till they are brown from all sides
  5. Transfer the jamuns on a tissue paper and then add them to sugar syrup

Learn how to make Besan Ke Laddu - Indian Sweet Dessert Recipe - Indian Festive Sweet - Homemade Sweets Recipe .Earthy-nutty flavor from slowly roasted Besan increase cravings for besan ladoos, adding loads of ghee & a hint of cardamom to ladoos.. Make them perfect sweet for Diwali, Holi, Raksha Bandhan, Ganesh Chaturthi or any occasion

Ingredients:
,
Ghee– 8 Tbsp you can add more
Besan- 2cups
Sugar-1/2 cup ,you can add more
Dry Fruits of your choice
Water- 2 -4 tbsp
Nutmeg powder-25 gms made from grinding alomnds,pista and kaju in equal quantities

Method:

  1. Roast besan in  8-10 Tbsp of ghee till you get a brownish color and nutty smell coming from besan
  2. Allow besan to cool and then add sugar
  3. Now add nutmeg powder and roast in some dry fruits in ghee+add them in mixture
  4. Roll ladoos

♥ ♥ Instant Jalebi ♥ ♥

Syrup soaked fried spirals

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 40 minutes
Serves:4-5

Recipe ingredients:

Refined flour – 1 cup (125 grams)
Urad lentil – ¼ cup (50 grams) (Soaked)
Sugar – 2 cup (450 grams)
Red food colour – ½ pinch
Baking Powder – 1/3 tsp
Lemon – 1
Green cardamom – 6 to 7
Ghee – for frying

Recipe method:

Sugar Syrup:

Put the sugar and water to boil. Reduce the flame and simmer till you attain a one string consistency. (about 15 minutes). To check consistency, take a drop of slightly cooled syrup between index finger and thumb and press together. 

Jalebi Method:
  1. Mix well the baking powder into the flour. Add the food color,grinded dal and mix well. Add enough water to make a thick smooth batter.
  2. Fill the batter in a piping bag or a cheese cloth or a pichku ketchup bottle in which a hole around 4mm diameter has been made.
  3. Heat ghee in a shallow flat bottomed pan. The ghee should not be too hot.
  4. Create some fun spiral rings in your kadhai. Pipe around 4-5 jalebis at a time. Allow the sizzle to die out a little and turn the jalebis when firm. Cook on a low flame till the bubbles die out. Fry to a light golden brown.
  5. Remove the jalebis to a moderately warm syrup and allow the jalebis to soak the syrup(approx.. 3-4 minutes).
