Banana Walnut Cake-Christmas Special

Banana & Walnut cake is a very simple and easy to bake cake. It  will be super-moist and fluffy. Every bite has a crunch of walnuts.This is a simple Christmas Cake recipe

Ingredients:

Eggs-2
Butter- 3/4 cup
Maida-2cups
CasterSugar-3/4 cup
Banana Puriee-2 cups
Walnuts- 1/2 cup
Vanella Essence-1 teaspoon
Baking Powder-1 teaspoon
salt- a pinch

How to:

1. Empty in two eggs in a bowl,add caster sugar to it and blend well
2. Time to add banana puriee to the egg-sugar mixture,blend well
3. Sieve maida,salt and baking powder,add in walnuts,post that add them to the wet mixture prepared above
4. Fold all the things very well
5. Set oven at 180 degree,preheat for 10 minutes
6. Pour batter in OTG safe vessel and bake for  40 minutes
7. Serve little hot
