Suji Toast or Sooji Toast is an instant anytime Healthy meal idea. A great tea time appetizer when you can't think what to make or don't have all the ingredients.
Suji toast Ingredients:
i. Semolina/suji ½ cup
ii. Bread 4-6 slice
iii. Curd ½ cup)optional)
iv. Onion -1 chopped
v. Tomato 1 chopped
vi. Green Bell pepper 1 chopped
vii. Red chilli 1 tsp
viii. Black pepper 1 tsp (optional)
ix. Paneer Masala-1 tbsp
x. & Tandoor Masala-1/2 tbsp
xi. Maggi Masala-1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Water-1//2 cup for batter
Butter-2 tbsp
How to:
1. Make a smooth batter with suji and water
2. Time to add all the masala and veggies
3. Heat a griddle and apply some butter on surface
4. Apply mixture on bread slices and place then on griddle
5. Cook till breads are crispy
6. Serve hot
