Two summer drinks that will beat the heat this summer-Aam Panna and Masala Chaas
Ingredients For Aam Panna:
Raw Mangoes- 3
Sugar- 12 cups
Water-3 cups
Black Salt-1 Tbsp
Mint Leaves- 30
Black Pepper Powder-1 Tbsp
How to make Aam Panna:
- Boil peeled mangoes for 12 minutes
- Now allow them to cool and n a blending jar add mango pulp,mint leaves and all other ingredients
- Add little water and blend
- The thick mixture is ready,pout little at a time and add sufficient water

Buttermilk Recipe Ingredients:
For Buttermilk Preparation we need below mention items:
1. Curd/ Yogurt - 1/2 cup
2. Water-1/2 cup
3. Pudina Powder (Mint Powder),
4. Black Salt,
5. Roasted Cumin Powder (1 tbsp each)
How to make :
1. In a blending jar add curd,water,pudina,salt,roasted cumin and blend
2. Top up with ice cube and serve chilled
