Besan -1 Tbsp

Multani mitti pack- 2 tbsp

Raw Milk- 2 Tbsp

Cotton balls

How to:

1. Dip a cotton ball in raw milk and rub on the affected area
2. Lets start with method-1- mix honey,sugar and lemon and rub on affected area for 5 minutes
3. After 5 minutes wash off with warm water
4. Lets start with method-2- mix milk,patanjali pack and besan,rub on the affected area and allow it to dry
5. Wash off with cold water

Simple of all flavoured rices is jeera rice and is excellent accompaniment with all dishesJeera or Zeera rice is a popular north India dish made of basmati rice slightly spiced and flavoured with lots of cumin seeds.

Ingredients:

Rice-1 cup

Water-2 cup

Cumin- 1 tbsp

Desi ghee- 2tbsp

Cloves-5

Red chilly-1

Bay leaf-1

Dal chini/cinnamon stick

Salt to taste

Dania to garnish

How to:

In a pan melt in ghee then add cumin seeds+all khada masala

Cook them till little brown

Time to add in rice and roast for 40 seconds

Now add 2 cups of water+salt

Cover and cook on a high flame till you get a boil

Now reduce the flame to low and cook for 7 minutes

Check  after 7 minutes if all the water has evaporated or not

Now turn off the flame and let the rice be covered for 10 minutes

Time to serve hot!

Paneer bhurji is easy and simple to make. It tastes delicious and a good source of protein especially for vegetarians.

Ingredients:

Onions,Tomato and Capsicum-1 each chopped
Red Chilly Power- 1tbsp
Paneer Masala-3 tbsp
Maggi Masala-1 tbsp
Turmeric- 1tbsp
Kasturi Methi-1 tbsp
Paneer-250 gms
Olive Oil- 2tbsp
Salt to taste

How to cook:

1. In a pan pour in 2 tbsp olive oil and cook until hot
2. Time to add in green chillies,cook till tender ,add onions now
3. Add in onions and cook till light brown,once done add chopped capsicum
4. Time to add tomatoes,cook them till mushy
5. Once done add all masala except kasturi methi
6. After a minute add paneer and cook for 3 minutes
7. At last crush methi between your palms ,top up bhurji with methi
8. Serve hot

Ingredients:

1 Tomato

15gms Penne Pasta

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp red chilly flakes

1 tbsp herbs

1 tbsp oregano

15gms garlic

2 tbsp tomato sauce

1tsp Black Pepper (optional)

Water 6 glasses

How to make:

1. Blanche tomato in 3 cups of water 

2. Once the tomato skin peels off switch off the gas and grind the tomato without skin

3. In 3 cups of water boil in penne pasta with little salt and a tbsp olive oil

4. In a pan take a tbsp olive oil,add in some garlic and sauté till its little brown

5.Now add in tomato puree,chilly flakes,oregano,herbs and cook till sauce becomes thick

6.Once sauce is thick add 2 tbsp sauce and add in cooked soft pasta

7. Cook for 7 minutes and serve hot

8. Garnish pasta with mozzarella cheese

1. Whisk cream very well and then add all the left ingredients
2. Make a smooth smoothie
3. Pout the smoothie in an aluminium vessel or plastic vessel
4. Refrigerate for 2 hours ,churn the mixture in grinder and again refrigerate for 8 hours
5. Scoop out the ice cream and serve chilled

Potato(peeled and washed)-2(large) 

Onion(finely chopped)-1(large)

Besan -2 Tbsp

All purpose flour(maida)-2 Tbsp

Green chilli(chopped)-2

Red chilli powder-1 tsp

Salt-1 Tsp or as per taste

Maggi Masala- 1 tbsp

Chaat Masala- 1 tbsp

Oregano- 1 tbsp

Turmeric- 1 tbsp

Cooking oil-50 gm

How to cook:

1. Grate potatoes and immediately add all the masalas
2. On a snack pan sprinkle in some oil
3. Spread the mix on each plate of snack pan

When you know the pressure cooker cake recipe, I bet you that you will try it for all celebrations at your home.The cake turned out to be so spongy and the texture was so good.

Let us see how to prepare Eggless Vanilla Rava Cake(Semolina cake) in Pressure cooker.

Ingredients:

1. Rava/Sooji - 1 cup
2. Yogurt/Fresh Curd - 1 cup(should not be too much sour. If soar, add milk and curd in the ration 50:50 or according to the sourness)
3. Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup 
4. Cocoa Powder- 1 Tbsp
5. Custard Powder- 1 Tbsp
6. Coffee Powder- 1 Tbsp
7. Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
8. Baking soda/Cooking soda - a pinch
9. Vanilla Essence - 1/2 - 3/4 tsp as preferred
10. Melted Ghee or Butter or Butter + Ghee -  3/4 cup
11. Cardamom powder - 2-3 pinches(optional)
12. Mixed dry fruits

How to prepare:

1. Mix rava(sooji), sugar,cocoa,custard powder and coffee till you get a nice mix. 
2. Add curd,milk,butter,essence and whisk well
3. Keep the batter aside for 15 minutes
4. Boil 2 glasses of water in cooker
5. Once boiled ,grease your tin with butter and invert the batter,add in some nuts
6. Place the batter in cooker and cook for 35 minutes on low flame and next 10 minutes on medium to high flame
7. Insert in a toothpick to check if the cake is cooked

Ingredients:

1. Ghee-2 tbsp
2. Rice- 1cup
3. Water- 2 cups
4. Khade Masale-Jeera,Bay leaf,cinnamon,cardamom,red chilly,cloves and star anise
5. Biryani masala-1 Tbsp
6. Kitchen king- 1 Tbsp
7. Garam masala- 1 tbsp
8. Turmeric- 1 tbsp
9. Red Chilly Powder-1 tbsp
10. Food colors- a pinch
11. Veggies- Onions,Capsicum and Carrots
12. Salt to taste

Method to prepare:

1. Add in some ghee in a pressure cook
2. Once your ghee is hot add khade masale and cook till brown
3. Time to add in onions and cook them till they are little translucent
4. Once onions are cooked add other veggies and cook till tender
5. After a minute add in all masalas and cook for next 2 minutes
6. Soak rice for 15 minutes and once all veggies are cooked add them
7. Cover rice for a minute with a lid
8. Now add 2 cups water along with food color and cook rice for 3 whistles

Besan- 2cups

Nutmeg powder-25 gms made from grinding alomnds,pista and kaju in equal quantities

Method:

1. Roast besan in  8-10 Tbsp of ghee till you get a brownish color and nutty smell coming from besan
2. Allow besan to cool and then add sugar
3. Now add nutmeg powder and roast in some dry fruits in ghee+add them in mixture
4. Roll ladoos

Ingredients:
6 Bread slices
1/4 Cup Poha (Flattened Rice)

2 Tbsp rice flour
2 Tbsp Suji
1/2 Cup Curd
1 Medium Onion Chopped
3 Tbsp Coriander chopped
1 Tsp Grated Ginger
2 Green chilli chopped
5-6 Curry Leaves
1/2 Tsp Cumin seeds
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
Salt to taste

Method:

Mix all ingredients and make a firm dough

Roll out small balls and prick in between

Syrup soaked fried spirals

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 40 minutes
Serves:4-5

Recipe ingredients:

Refined flour – 1 cup (125 grams)
Urad lentil – ¼ cup (50 grams) (Soaked)
Sugar – 2 cup (450 grams)
Red food colour – ½ pinch
Baking Powder – 1/3 tsp
Lemon – 1
Green cardamom – 6 to 7
Ghee – for frying

Recipe method:

Sugar Syrup:

Put the sugar and water to boil. Reduce the flame and simmer till you attain a one string consistency. (about 15 minutes). To check consistency, take a drop of slightly cooled syrup between index finger and thumb and press together. 

Jalebi Method:

1. Mix well the baking powder into the flour. Add the food color,grinded dal and mix well. Add enough water to make a thick smooth batter.
2. Fill the batter in a piping bag or a cheese cloth or a pichku ketchup bottle in which a hole around 4mm diameter has been made.
3. Heat ghee in a shallow flat bottomed pan. The ghee should not be too hot.
4. Create some fun spiral rings in your kadhai. Pipe around 4-5 jalebis at a time. Allow the sizzle to die out a little and turn the jalebis when firm. Cook on a low flame till the bubbles die out. Fry to a light golden brown.
5. Remove the jalebis to a moderately warm syrup and allow the jalebis to soak the syrup(approx.. 3-4 minutes).
